The Artist

My name is Rossy (ro•z).  I was born in Dominican Republic and raised in New Jersey by my amazing mother, who is not the biggest glam girl but somehow raised the biggest makeup geek. Despite my mom not wearing a lot of makeup, she always had blush and red lipstick. Of course, I always seem to get into her makeup and ruin all her red lipsticks. Fast forward many ruined lipsticks later here I am living my wildest dreams as a Makeup artist.

My business name is Glamoross, a word play on the word “Glamorous” and the first 3 letters of my name, which is what some of my cousins call me (Ross).  My first step into the makeup industry began with an eyeshadow pallet and youtube university. Makeup became an escape for me while in college, I loved watching transformations. The magic of the end result has always been the cherry on top for every makeup glam I do. Trusting myself but also “Trusting the process” is how I move through life. Sometimes things may seem messy and confusing, like at the beginning of every makeup glam, but if we just trust the process, it all comes together so beautifully.

When booking with me I offer services for all skin types, ages, complexions, special events, photoshoot, TV, bridal makeup. Everyone is a celebrity when you are sitting in my chair. Every look is a collaboration between my clients and I. I am here to bring out the most elevated version of yourself.
